Closed - Project Manager (M/F)

​Location: Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire 

Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract (renewable), with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract. Frequent travel to client sites, ports, logistics bases, operational areas, and other work locations may be required.

ICM Côte d'Ivoire is a member of the ICM HOLDING Group, specializing in services for the oil and gas, logistics, transportation, shipping, and maritime industries. 

​

As part of its continued growth, ICM is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate client projects and assignments, oversee operational delivery, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. 

​

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of the Project Management Department, your main responsibilities will include: 

• Managing client relationships and overseeing assigned projects and client files; 

• Coordinating internal departments (Operations, Logistics, Transit, Shipping, Finance, Administration, Legal, QHSE, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of services; 

• Monitoring the operational, logistical, administrative, documentary, and financial aspects of projects; 

• Ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, internal procedures, and project deadlines; 

• Identifying risks, anticipating bottlenecks, and proposing appropriate solutions; 

• Preparing project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and progress updates for management; 

• Contributing to continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Education 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent) in Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Transportation, Transit, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent); 

• Additional training in Oil & Gas logistics, customs and transit operations, shipping, QHSE, or commercial contracts.

Experience  

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, operational coordination, logistics, transit, shipping, Oil & Gas, or business support services; 

• Experience in an international or multicultural environment is highly desirable; 

• Proven experience coordinating projects involving multiple internal departments. 

​

Languages 

• Excellent written and spoken French; 

• Good professional command of English (minimum B2 required), both written and spoken.

IT skills 

• Proficiency in: 

• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; 

• Microsoft Teams; 

• OneDrive and SharePoint; 

• Microsoft Project, Planner, or equivalent planning tools; 

• ERP/CRM systems (Odoo or equivalent); 

• Power BI or dashboard reporting tools.
